Hello and a very warm welcome. This page show cases me in all my guises. I am passionate about developing women leaders and helping women achieve career and financial success. I am also a multidisciplinary artist and performance poet. My brand logo is that of the Indian Goddess Sarasvati – she is the Goddess of knowledge, wisdom, learning and the arts. It is very important to me that we as women own our space and our feminine power. For too long women have been using a male blueprint, trying to fit in like round pegs in square holes. It simply does not work!

 I got frustrated seeing coaches unwittingly demoralize and undermine women by using the same development and coaching methods used for men. This led me to develop my Sarasvati Goddess inspired, online programmes and coaching which incorporate issues particular to women. Women who are trying to achieve in a male orientated world, where women are still under-represented and under paid. I am passionate about developing women leaders and help equip them with the skills AND the mindset to successfully navigate the environment and circumstances they find themselves in.
